We offer training for all the RLSS UK awards from Rookie through Bronze Medallion to Silver Cross and Distinction.  We also have an active competitive Lifesaving team.

Our Aims
The preservation of human life by the teaching and practising of life saving skills.

To encourage public opinion in favour of the general adoption of swimming and life saving in schools, colleges, etc.

To promote aquatic rescue techniques for self preservation and to assist a person to save life.

To arrange and deliver public lectures, demonstrations and competitions.  To form classes of instruction, so as to bring about a widespread and thorough knowledge of the principles which underlie the art of life saving.
